Service Description

Mountainous Ride - About 1 Hour from Plaza Lots of great single track in the area, but not for the faint of heart or faint of lung. Average elevation around town is 7400 ft above sea level, so the air is thin. Most trails are rocky and technical. Not a lot of sustained fast and flowy stuff and not a lot of flat ground. If you are into technical riding and have a high degree of fitness this is an incredibly fun area to ride, but if you're a beginner or not in the best physical shape there are only a handful of trails suitable for you. Follow from Santa Fe or meet at trailhead. 1.) Los Alamos - Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced 1 Hour Ride: Some ascending and descending through some awesome lava like rocks that are formed into trails. Epic mountain views, scope out cool rocks and cliffs and enjoy the Pine and views! Don't forget, there was a fire out there years ago. This trail is on a Peninsula that will amaze you! $99.00 per Person. Children Permitted.
